Types of fat in the body


      Individuals can be classified according to the percentage of fat. To identify their physical and functional health.
It is well known that obesity leads to the possibility of acquiring serious illnesses such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, gout, cancer. It also caused problems during childbirth and pregnancy.
Fat body is divided into two types:

Essential fats and stored fat.

First: basic fat

It is necessary to do a natural functional processes, and lack of it could damage the overall health of  individual . These fats represent 3% of the total fat in man's body.And 12% in the female body, and noted the high percentage of females because they include fat sex such as in the breast and the uterus.

Second: stored fat.


It fat stored in the fatty tissue, and are usually located under the skin and around the vital organs of the body, and these fats have three main functions:

1 - Used as a buffer to maintain body temperature.

2 - Used as enzymes that help in the metabolic processes.

3 - Used as lining protects the body from dangerous wounds.

There is no difference in the amount of fat stored necessary between men and women. Except that the stock fat in men around the middle, either the women are centered around the pelvis and thighs.

Scientific research has indicated that the way the human body stores fat, affect and tells us how it's dangerous to health, individuals who have concentrated fat in the abdominal area are exposed to heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes, more than others  who hold fat around the pelvis and thighs.
    Research results also indicated that people who have deposition of fat around the internal organs are exposed to more diseases than those with fat in the abdominal area 'under the skin'.
