+ Half-bread Bur bran
+ Tea or coffee without sugar
Or
Boiled egg
+ Half-bread
+ Tomato and cucumber rings
+ Tea or coffee
Or 
+Low-fat Labneh
+ 2 toast brown
+ Circles of cucumber
+and tea or coffee without sugar

Lunch


Salad without oil
+ Half-baked Bur bran
+ Quarter grilled chicken
+ Half Edam without fat
Or
Salad without carrots + half Bur bran bread + quarter of grilled fish "or boiled"
Or
Power
+ Half-baked bran
+ two pieces of grilled minced meat
+ 2 scoop Mlouchie
Or
Salad

+ 12 shrimp grilled or poached

Dinner


One egg
