Swiss ball push-ups


Exercise:

- Use SWISS BALL.
- Lie down on the ground on the abdomen.
- Raise your legs above the rubber ball.
- Raise your body away from the ground with the help of your arms even become in an upright position (such as push-ups).
- Fulcrum body entirely on the palms of your hands.
- Tightening the abdominal muscles.
- Keep your back straight.
- And slowly, move the ball by your feet to the inside.
- Bend your knees and install them on the ball.
- Bend the body to become parallel with the thighs (careful to tighten the abdominal muscles while doing different exercises stages).
- Repeat the exercise several times.
