Smoothies "breakfast for diet"


The fastest way to prepare a wonderful breakfast and good for diet

Ingredients:
Soy milk.
Yogurt.
Flavor (chocolate powder. Or vanilla).
Pieces of fruit (Strawberry).
Pieces of nuts.


Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well
And you can add pieces of ice.
This breakfast contains all what the body needs in the morning.
