PUSH-UPS (Stage 3)


This exercise helps strengthen the arms and chest. This moves the center of gravity of the upper body .


_ In workout needs to put her feet on a high chair.
_ Place your hands on the floor
_ Then repeat the movement routine in push-ups and lifting the body up and then lowered down
_ Re-exercise 10 to 20 times.
