Legs exercises ( with dumbbells )

About workout
Simple and effective and does not require many equipment
workout equipment:
 -2 dumbbells weight of 2.5 kg !-Two pieces of timber with a height of 5 cm

This exercise is easy
carrying dumbbells. Stand on the Pieces of timber as in the picture.

Relax your arms, tighten the muscles of your legs and then start lifting your heels for a little piece of wood!

Continued to lift and reduction. Between 20 and 25 times according to on your ability.

Do this workout 3 times each time repeating between 20 and 25 according to ability as mentioned earlier!

Between each time Take two minutes rest (practice through flexibility exercises for the legs)
